Pre-Orders

Some of our products are offered as pre-orders.

If you purchase a pre-order item, your order will not ship immediately. Instead, it will be prepared and shipped once the product's official release date has arrived.

The estimated release date is displayed on the product page at the time of purchase.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to wait until the release date before your order is shipped.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Mixed Orders

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may be shipped together once the pre-order item becomes available, unless otherwise specified.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Photos of the package (if damaged)
  • Photos of the item (if applicable)
